INVESTIGATING CRIMES AGAINST ANIMALS

Animal abuse is a major issue throughout the United States. The successful prosecution of these crimes depends on many things including the proper documentation, collection, and analysis of the evidence. This training features hands-on scenarios and didactic instruction focused on the investigation of crimes against animals.

This course is approved for 7.0 hours of CE through the SC Criminal Justice Academy.

    • Deceased and live animals in a home
    • Poaching campsite

  • This is a repeat of the August 27 class.  You do not need to attend both.
  • Space is limited to 20 people per day.
  • Lunch will be on your own.
