Purpose
The No More Homeless Pets Program provides financial assistance to eligible organizations that perform spay/neuter surgeries for owned pets and community cats in South Carolina.
The program is funded through the sale of South Carolina's No More Homeless Pets specialty license plate pursuant to SC Code § 56-3-9600. Revenue generated from the license plate is used to support statewide sterilization programs that reduce pet overpopulation, improve animalwelfare, and protect public health and safety.
Grant funding may be used for:

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to administer grant funds responsibly and maintain accurate records of all funded surgeries.
Grant Funding
Grant awards are subject to available funding and may be offered in amounts established annually by the program administrator.
